Immunofluorescence analysis of rat oligodendrocytes, staining Eph receptor B1 with ab129103. Cells were fixed with formaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.03% Triton X-100 and blocked with 1% serum for 10 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/300 in serum + 0.01% Triton X-100) for 10 hours at 4°C. An AlexaFluor®555-conjugated donkey anti-rabbit polyclonal IgG (1/300) was used as the secondary antibody. See Abreview
