Western blot analysis of Phospho-GRM7 pSer862 in mouse brain lysate using a Phospho-GRM7 pSer862 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-35397). Results show a band at ~102kDa. Immunolabeling is blocked by the phospho-peptide used as antigen (lane 2) but not by the corresponding dephospho-peptide (not shown).
