Smad2/3 Antibody (A-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody designed to detect both Smad2 and Smad3 proteins across multiple species, including mouse, rat, and human. Smad2/3 monoclonal antibody (A-3) targets an epitope mapping to amino acids 145-164 near the N-terminus of human Smad3, ensuring precise recognition of these critical signaling molecules.
