Fyn Antibody (15) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects the Fyn protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry (FCM). Fyn (15) monoclonal antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Fyn, a member of the Src family of non-receptor tyrosine kinases, plays a crucial role in T-cell receptor signaling, which is essential for the immune response.
