SEE ALSO...

ephrin-A3 Antibody (D-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects ephrin-A3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-ephrin-A3 antibody (D-8) is available as a non-conjugated format. ephrin-A3 protein plays a crucial role in cell signaling and communication, particularly in nervous system development, where ephrin-A3 is involved in regulating neuronal growth and guidance. ephrin-A3 interacts with Eph receptors, which are essential for mediating various cellular processes, including cell adhesion, migration, and differentiation. ephrin-A3 interaction with Eph receptors is vital for establishing proper neural connections and ensuring correct synapse formation, which are critical for effective neurotransmission. Disruptions in this signaling pathway have been implicated in various neurological disorders, highlighting ephrin-A3′s importance in maintaining neural integrity and function. With broad species reactivity and multiple applications, anti-ephrin-A3 antibody (D-8) is an invaluable tool for researchers studying ephrin-A3′s intricate roles in both normal physiology and disease states.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-393727 P appropriate for?

Asked by: Trav11
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
