IL-27 Antibody (LB-L22) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects IL-27 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-IL-27 antibody (LB-L22) is offered in a non-conjugated form, allowing for versatile experimental use. IL-27 plays a crucial role in the immune response by promoting the expansion of antigen-specific naive CD4+ T cells and facilitating their polarization towards a Th1 phenotype, which is characterized by the production of gamma-interferon.
