ITF Antibody (H-425) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects intestinal trefoil factor (ITF) in human samples through applications such as immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ITF plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the intestinal epithelium, particularly during mucosal healing processes following injury.
