SEE ALSO...

EphB4 Antibody (5G2F8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects EphB4 in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). EphB4 is a member of the Eph receptor family, which is the largest group of receptor protein tyrosine kinases identified to date, and plays a crucial role in mediating cell-cell interactions during developmental processes. EphB4 is primarily located on the cell surface, where EphB4 interacts with ephrin-B2 to regulate cellular signaling pathways that influence cell migration, adhesion, and tissue organization. Proper functioning of EphB4 is vital for vascular development and the formation of the nervous system, as EphB4 helps guide the growth of blood vessels and neuronal connections. Dysregulation of EphB4 signaling has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, making EphB4 an important target for therapeutic intervention. Anti-EphB4 antibody (5G2F8) provides a reliable tool for researchers studying these critical biological processes and the underlying mechanisms of related pathologies.

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with EphB4 (5G2F8): sc-130081?

Asked by: AbPolly
We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. A complete list of available binding proteins is available on our website here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/browse/support-products-mouse-igg-binding-proteins/_/N-ecrety
