Cortactin Antibody (E-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody specifically engineered to detect Cortactin, also known as Ems-1 or CTTN, a crucial protein involved in the regulation of the actin cytoskeleton. Anti-Cortactin antibody (E-4) is raised against amino acids 309-499 of human Cortactin and demonstrates broad species reactivity, effectively recognizing Cortactin from mouse, rat, and human origins.
