ADAM8 Antibody (F-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ADAM8 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-ADAM8 antibody (F-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ADAM8, also known as CD156 or MS2, is a member of the ADAM (a disintegrin and metalloprotease) family, which consists of over 30 membrane-anchored, glycosylated, zinc-dependent proteases. These proteins play crucial roles in cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions, influencing processes such as fertilization, muscle fusion, and the secretion of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα).
