SEE ALSO...

Cyclin D3 Antibody (D-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects cyclin D3 of mouse, rat, and human origin through applications such as western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Cyclin D3 (D-7) antibody is offered in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase, phycoerythrin, fluorescein isothiocyanate, and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Cyclin D3 plays a pivotal role in cell cycle regulation, particularly during the G1 phase, where cyclin D3 is essential for the transition to the S phase. This transition is crucial for DNA replication and cell division, making cyclin D3 a key player in cellular proliferation and growth. Dysregulation of cyclin D3 has been implicated in various cancers, as cyclin D3 can lead to uncontrolled cell division. Cyclin D3 interaction with cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) facilitates the phosphorylation of target proteins, which is necessary for the progression of the cell cycle. Understanding cyclin D3 function and regulatory mechanisms is vital for developing therapeutic strategies against cancers characterized by aberrant cell cycle control.
